This business is very close to my house, but it is the most frustrating to go because they hardly ever get my coffee right. I ask for 8 creams that should make it very easy with caramel vertebrae. They hardly ever make it light enough or put in enough caramel spin, even if I ask them to add more. I'm going there almost every day so I feel they can get it right away.
It took almost 30 minutes for my daughter to get 2 donuts and 1 big drink. She was in business and they held the drive thru customers. Surprising.
Terrible and potentially dangerous customer service. The employee threw the tip of the ice box during the ice change. I wasn't hurt, but the next time could be different. Even if it was an accident, the barely audible excuse is that we were not greeted or acknowledged at the entrance when we were the only customers unacceptable. Only one person complaining on the Internet, but MANAGEMENT must take the indifferent attitude of some employees here much more seriously.
They intentionally miss giving items ordered if its a large order. I am frequent to this place and it happened to me everytime and I do not have time to go back and ask, once I did and there were already someone stating they missed items and were asking for the missed items. The ones I got after asking were all burnt. Pathetic!!
