Tii Gavo - Sedona

Due to the circumstances with other restaurants, we ended up dining here twice for breakfast and once for dinner. The interior atmosphere is pleasant, but the view is truly spectacular.

When we first sat down, no waiter came over to greet us. However, the lighting and overall atmosphere of the place are fantastic. The smoothies are truly exceptional. I tried the strawberry de coco, and it was delicious.

The plant-based dining options were quite impressive. We began our meal with chips and salsa, and I must say both the green and red salsas were fantastic. My daughter ordered the tamale bowl; while she didn’t love it, it wasn’t bad. However, the stuffed peppers were really enjoyable. Just a heads up, the avocado crema has a bit of a kick to it, so keep that in mind if you prefer milder flavors. They also offer an Impossible Burger. For dessert, we tried their sorbet, which was excellent. The cocktails were enjoyable too; my wife had the Pink Cadillac and found it to be tasty without being overly sweet. I ordered the Continuous Burn (or something like that), which was spicy and slightly smoky, and overall it was very good.

The view was amazing, but unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. Our waiter was one of the worst I've encountered in any restaurant. While another waiter was providing excellent service to his tables, ours seemed disinterested and it really affected our experience. Despite this, the resort itself is wonderful and the rest of the staff was fantastic.
