Cress On Oak Creek At L'auberge De Sedona

Dull menu. Average quality. Overpriced. Gorgeous venue. Parking is $17 for lunch. Outrageous, since no other parking is available. That alone will keep us from returning. Disappointing.

One of the most unique dining experiences I have had and the brunch was outstanding. Our servers were incredibly in tune, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. I am so glad I planned ahead to get this reservation.

I live nearby, Cress on Oak Creek had always been a favorite of mine. Lunch along Oak Creek is beautiful. No views of the red rocks, just rushing water and beautiful trees. A nice lunch with a bottle of wine …including tip was $171 . To top it off they charge $17 to park. Probably not high on my favorite list any longer.

Outstanding service, great food, but the best part was the ambiance! Loved it, will return.

This was a spectacularly bad dining experience from end to end. We were seated an hour after our reservation time, our server was inattentive, forgot to deliver drinks or return when expected. The food wasn’t great either, which was disappointing to say the least. The positive things I can say were that the staff was apologetic about their continued faux pas and the creek side was a nice location to dine, however, all the ambiance pleasantries in the world can’t make up for a poorly run restaurant. If you have any expectations at all of what upscale, fine dining should be, Cress on Oak Creek is one to skip while in Sedona.
