The Dining Room - Sedgemoor

The Dining Room has closed and is now The Music Pantry, a vegetarian and vegan restaurant with various music events. I have not visited yet, but wanted to inform others of this new venture.

I have visited this restaurant twice on a late Friday morning for breakfast only to find the dining room closed with no explanation. There was a notice on the door saying "Sorry, we are closed."

I recently visited this charming tea room and found it to be very accommodating. I had requested a gluten-free breakfast the day before and they were able to prepare a delicious one for me. I would suggest giving them a day's notice if you have any specific dietary requirements to avoid disappointment. The price for the gluten-free breakfast, which included tea and coffee, was only £7.75 and it was a generous and reasonably priced meal. They also had three gluten-free cakes available for walk-in customers, which were a nice treat to enjoy with your tea or coffee. Overall, I highly recommend this tea room, but make sure to notify them in advance if you are looking for gluten-free savory options.

I have tried most of the local breakfast places in the area, and have had my favourite for sometime but when that went downhill I went on the hunt to find a new one. At last I seem to have found it, fabulous service, good quality fresh local produce, freshly well cooked and presented and great value for money, what more can you ask for. Thank you so much, we will be back. Oh and they are dog friendly, so your fur baby can come too.

Stopped by for a coffee break. Very good cappuccino, served by friendly efficient waitress. Interior is a bit of a hitch pitch of ideas, but this rather adds to it's charm.
