Baby changing facilities were disgusting (photos provided) no staff around to report it to will not stop at these services again even if it’s an emergency I will carry on past!!
The worst mcdonalds i have ever had. the fries and burger were so cold it went straight in the bin. when you have an experience like this you never return, but more importantly you tell any and everyone who will listen.
The fresh food cafe. Awesome food, great quality and service Quality better than usual service stations
Had my windscreen vandalised whilst I was in the loo. Huge crack across the driver’s side. It’s been hit at the base with what looks like a hammer. Won’t be stopping there again!
Slow service while all the staff seem to be stood around chatting ..the condiment counter and bins a disgrace and full all round. Food when it arrived Luke warm with very little lettuce and no pickles on either burger ordered…last 2 times I have stopped off here it was exactly the same ..really must remember to not stop here again …
