I took away it tried to call their number several times, no one answered so shameful and dissapointed service. I will. photo, with reception and water.
Really bad experience. long wait for order, very bolshy “manager” (late) when I went to find out where my food was. I asked her name for a complaining and she told me quite aggressively that there is no point in complaining, as there is one. "family restaurant and not a mcdonalds." When we finally got our food, it was quite cold, there was no sirup or ice in the drinks, no straw and no dips for one of the cheeses. I complained online, but got a form letter answer not what I would expect from a local “family restaurant”
I used the drive-thru and waited for 5 to 10 minutes as it was busy. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, medium fries, and cheese dippers with dipping sauce. The double cheeseburgers were barely warm and of poor quality, I would rate them 1 out of 10. I did not receive the fries I ordered, and the cheese dippers came with a non-descript sauce. I paid around £6.50 for the meal but felt like I only received about £2 worth of food. I considered returning the order, but did not want to wait again after already waiting to be served. I live only a 4-minute drive away but I will never use this restaurant again.
On the way through, it was busy, but saw it worse there. we paid and they told us to go to a bay, we waited 15 minutes in the bay before I went to a question where our food was. when I'm on the side, I spoke to a young boy who said it'll be out in a few minutes. I'll wait outside. 10 more minutes went by and nothing, we talked to one of the workers who walked around with 2 happy meals and tried to find a car, obviously from now on cold nuggets and chips. we asked him to change the hot chocolate we brought with us that they gave us in the window as it was cold now. he took it back and 5 minutes later brought out a fresh hot chocolate. great, we asked him where the rest of the order is, and his cakes you haven't yet got have not run away to never be seen again. it was now about 35 minutes, I went in and asked again, where is my order? I had to go my way through the sea of the customers who wait for her to eat. it must have been the manager, a bit worse for wear, because she could not handle everything that was going on. she looked around and saw a bag with eating on the counter, oh that must be yours, I will get you a fresh one. After another 5 minutes she brought me a new job, literally dropped him on the counter and said I'm sorry that the waiting time turned and continued. that was, a quick suffering and everything is in order again. I took the food into the car, checked the order and guess what, my cheese was missing. I went back, she looked at me, told her and the same again, fell on the counter, sorry incredible bad service, they need about 20 workers on the back, but obviously from the lack of training and guidance from the so-called manager I can see why they were in such a state. will not return until they change management.
Everytime I come to this McDonald’s (which is most nights around the 12-3am time) there is never a milkshake meaning I’ve got to order a drink that I never actually want I understand that sometimes the machine maybe broken or need maintenance and that’s fine...but it’s been every night now for about 1-2 months and I think it’s bang out of order to be honest
