NOT OPEN at 7:45 p.m. Thursday evening. Most tables unbussed, two customers eating, employees chatting in kitchen. Rang bell and was told they were closed. Update! I was contacted by Perkins and issued a $20 gift card. Told that the problem was plumbing, probably true because of the tables full of dishes.
My hash browns tasted odd. I was hungry so I ate them anyway. Now I have a tummy ache.
They are having plumbing problems but still have carryout today, no dine in.
