Ivory Grille - Sedalia

Good place to dine while at the historic Hotel Bothwell, but we were somewhat disappointed with both the quality of the food and service.

We always enjoy stopping in at the Ivory Grille when visiting family in Sedalia. Mary the hostess, is always smiling, friendly and funny. This time we sat at the bar. Rocky and Brittany took good care of us. The employees all seem to get along well and keep busy. Food and drinks are always tasty, the atmosphere is relaxing.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the cook of my steak... I ordered medium bit it came out mooing!

The food was just mediocre. Nothing I would go back for. Our server was very patient and checked on us often. Very good service.

The lamb stew and fried sprouts were delicious. The seafood pasta was decent. The service was good. The prices are high but it's a good option for a nice dinner in town.
