The place can get really crowded, but each time I've visited, even during peak hours, I haven't seen the owner leave her barstool or do much to help.

An elderly man, who seems to believe he’s the owner, intervenes in a fight between two people. Instead of removing both individuals involved, he allows one to stay after they struck the other twice in front of everyone, citing claims of inappropriate behavior towards their friends. It would have been better to kick them both out rather than letting one remain. Additionally, on a busy football night, the man is seen bossing around a single waitress instead of assisting her. If the situation is that important, he should step in and help as a responsible manager would.

We were ignored for 15 minutes after arriving, so we decided to leave. The bartender and waitstaff looked our way several times but never attempted to take our order. There were only a few other patrons there on a Saturday night at 9 PM, and it's clear why that was the case. We ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings, where we were promptly served.
