Colton's Steak House Grill - Sedalia

We were greeted by a beautiful white ice creamer that contains a brown liquid substance and several flying that had run away when entering. After sitting next to the bar on the frozen drink special day, we were surrounded by the inexorable melodic sounds of the mixer. our appetizers were made with very low ingredients, and the oil used was old. the oil driped from the appetizers, and looked to be closer to an amber color, as our food sat on the bed of the oil. after the arrival of our magdish dishes, eating was again of very low quality, and excessively seasoned to mask and distract food quality. with the children's meals the steak tips were very high in gristle. the apples were very watery. the burger was frozen and then thawed and heated again. the cat was low and fried in old oil. my brother, who never says anything about his meal, said to leave an evaluation of this business, as the food quality was lower than other popular chains, such as mcdonalds or burger king. the children even commented on eating about her, which is very unusual. Unfortunately no one asked how our food was, but the service was, unlike that, very good.

I was satisfied with coltons before today's visit. the waiter was rude and not accommodating when my food arrived, the bunk had missed a big break. then he seemed upset when I asked to replace the bun.

First time there. Place looked like fun and there was seating outside with music. It set our expectations. Sadly the food was very disappointing. The steak was extremely thin slice of meat..not at all steak quality. Loaded chicken was very thin slice of charred chicken. Very disappointing. I doubt we will ever go back.

We ordered the onion tanglers app and when they came out they were soggy and undercooked. Our waitress was no where to be seen until the rest of our meal came out of the kitchen. She offered to have them cooked longer but we wanted a new batch. She had the cooks make a new batch. The second batch was cooked well and crispy. The salads were acceptable. One if our steaks was over cooked and the waitress offers A-1 steak sauce, what does that do to an overcooked steak? We decided to eat the steaks as they were. Flavor was good, and one was cooked correctly. The baked potatoes were dry and over cooked. The rolls were good as always. We asked for a refill on our waters when our meal came out but 15 minutes later still no water. We had to flag the waitress over to get her to get us a refill. She gave us our check and never apologized for the food or her lack of service. Normally Colton’s is better then this but it was crowded. The wait was not long, so the cooks need to slow down and do things right.

First time here while visiting some family for the weekend. I had the stake and shrimp. Mine was cooked perfectly. My wife on the other hand was over cook. At this time there was a lot of graduation dinners going on. We waited and hr before getting a table but while waiting where waiting we had some drinks. Bartender was friendly and served them up right
