The staff was fairly prompt and courteous during our visit. Our experiences with the drinks were mixed. I ordered a venti iced matcha, but it came only half full, with foam filling another third of the cup. This was a bit disappointing, especially since I don’t come here often. On the other hand, my wife’s custom beverage was nearly perfect. They were out of the ingredients for spinach and feta wraps, which was another letdown. While I can't wholeheartedly recommend this place, if you're looking for a Starbucks in the area, this is the option available. Just be mindful of the products, treat the staff with respect, and hold them accountable for the quality of their offerings.
I ordered a turkey and provolone sandwich to go, not realizing that they wrap their sandwiches in clear cellophane. I decided to give it a shot, but the presentation was disappointing. The turkey quality was lacking, and it tasted like it was no longer fresh. In the end, I had to toss it out. I've had much better sandwiches from convenience stores. I'd suggest sticking to their coffee instead—definitely skip the sandwiches.
I went through the drive-thru and ended up waiting in line for 36 minutes before I could even place my order. There was no way to exit the line once I was in it. They only offered two sandwich options, and one of them was sold out. It took another 22 minutes before I could pay for and pick up my order. The sandwich I received was hard and burnt; it was a tomato and basil sandwich and tasted terrible. I also ordered a small Frappuccino, which I didn't like either. My total came to $19.74. I had always wanted to try this place, but I will never return!
I really enjoy what Starbucks has to offer, but this location is disappointing. Every visit feels uncomfortable. They seem to find any excuse to close down. Even during the hurricane, their building was fine and they had power, yet they remained closed for three days. They're consistently out of basic items. It just reflects poor management and service. It’s no surprise that Dunkin' is outperforming them!
