Sushi Kosho - Sebastopol

One of the best sushi restaurants in Sonoma County. The rolls are creative and delicious. The Sashimi never disappoints. The serving staff are always very attentive. We love this place!

I was really looking forward to going to this restaurant after reading some reviews. Sushi and roles where good, but unremarkable. Ambiance was not really to my liking.. It has that warehouse feel and I could see it getting very loud if there was a crowd. We tried the blackened edamame. Quite a large bowl (we didn't finish) Although I enjoyed it, I don't recommend it with sushi.. It tends to over power. Had the Machi-Bon, they were pretty tasty Salmon and yellow tail sushi where good/average Unagi was good, but cold. #7 role was very good. Several of my favorite sushi/sashimi items where missing from the menu and nothing too exotic.

Wonderful friendly service and BEAUTIFUL FOOD!! Loved the unusual seaweed salad and the “ tacos”. Edamame was also unique and delicious.
