So we just left it alone and started bowling again. Tell me why one of the workers come over to me to tell me not to step over the line?! My foot was barely even over it and he came all the way over here to tell me that when he could have been bringing our food that we ordered almost an hour ago!!!! Other than that it was alright… I suppose.
Staff was very attentive and responsive with our large group. We were very demanding as most big parties are and they made it seem like dit was easy. Great food and always a good time
My 2 year old granddaughter absolutely loves to bowl, I just wish it was a bit cheaper but definitely a family friendly place to go and have fun.
This is a great place for family fun! They can host any kind of celebration with their breakout room and have, in addition to bowling, a game room, billiards, and laser tag. The food and bar are available during lunch and dinner.
Ownership needs to take the reins and become more involved if they're going to continue to operate under low staffing conditions (show up and help your staff). Ownership also comes off as very petty and cheap: a) $20 winning trivia gift cards split into 2 tens and then only one usage allowed per night per table, b) a few months ago, instituted a policy of charging for each refill of their $2.57 soda (no one else is doing that where I've gone). They don't mind having approx. 100 people show up on Monday nights for trivia, generating lots of revenue (their biggest night of the week, I believe), but yet they insist on chiseling their customers and not servicing them properly.
