What happened to "hot and ready"? All I wanted was some Crazy Bread. I placed my order and waited— and waited. I noticed Crazy Bread coming out of the oven, being bagged, and set aside. While observing the worker, I saw him boxing pizzas, so I asked how much longer my order would take. He replied that it wouldn't be much longer, but by that point, I had already been waiting for 15 minutes. It seemed that I had to wait until all the pizza orders were filled before I could receive my Crazy Bread. Eventually, I had to remind the worker that the Crazy Bread comes with sauce. Unsurprisingly, when I finally got it, the bread was cold and dry. I spent $4.00 on this purchase, which might seem insignificant to some, but when small details are overlooked, they can really impact a business.

The service has been incredibly slow. I was told over the phone that the stuffed crust would take 15 minutes, but I’m still waiting in the lobby almost 40 minutes later.

Today was the final straw for me. I attempted to order online before heading in, but the pretzel crust pizza with cheese stuffed crust that I wanted wasn't available on the website. When I got there, the employee informed me that it was an online-only item. I explained that I had tried to order it online and couldn’t find it anywhere. She took my phone and scrolled through the menu, but she couldn't locate the item either. Then the manager intervened and said he would process my order, even though it was supposed to be online only. I reminded him that neither the employee nor I could find the item on the site. I finally placed my order for the pretzel crust pizza with cheese stuffed crust. After about a 20-minute wait, I received the wrong order—no cheese stuffed crust. This is completely unacceptable; I clearly explained my request to two different people! I won’t be returning to this restaurant.

I've tried 5 times to order a pizza and every time there was a problem on their end. No more. You can have this garbage when I finally did get the pizza it was the most horrible excuse for food .They used to be really good. Not any more

Always a fresh pizza ready. We waited 15 minutes as we wanted totally fresh pizzas and breadsticks. Toppins were adequate and tasty.
