I visited the restaurant today after hearing positive reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. It seems like they are exploiting their beachfront location and the fact that they are the only food option in the area. The sandwich I ordered was terrible and overpriced at $18.99. I don't think I need to say much more, just take a look at the photo.

After completing a strenuous hike up Baldpate, I was looking for a quick meal on my way back to Portland. I am grateful for the Yelp reviews as the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The pickles they use on their subs are seriously amazing!

If you enjoy a large sandwich, then this is the perfect spot for you! I have been wanting to visit this place for years after hearing rave reviews from my coworkers, and I finally did today. I am so glad I did! I ordered the super steak sandwich and a side of chicken fingers, and I will be eating for days. The sandwich was the largest I have ever seen, with fresh sliced, thick, and juicy steak. The peppers and onions were cooked perfectly, and the sub roll tasted homemade and delicious. I could only finish half of it because it was so generously loaded – they definitely don't skimp on portions here! The chicken fingers were also a generous portion and fried to perfection. The owner of the restaurant was fantastic, and they also sell a variety of interesting items in their store. I am thrilled that I finally stopped by, and I will definitely be returning.
