The Cuban sandwiches are absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly, and without a doubt, this is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

This place is fantastic, and Mario is one of the best employees there.

Got the classic Press sandwich with a Mexican coke, and I can't think of a better takeaway meal than that. The person taking orders noticed my dogs and made sure to engage them as well, and gave them some treats of their own. The outdoor seating was packed, so we took our food to go. First bite to eat out in Seattle was here at Un Bien. The woman who took our order was very nice! Then the food came out and we were dead focused on finishing it all! Don't let the line scare you, it moves really quickly. We stopped here for lunch during a quick trip from Portland to Seattle. We had the pork shoulder sandwich and the chicken thigh sandwich. We both said they were the best sandwiches we have had in a long long time. The meat is juicy, tender and so flavorful. I love the chunks of braised onions. The man at the window on Saturday was so nice and didn't make you feel rushed. We will definitely be back.
