Specialty's Café Bakery - Seattle

The food is excellent, the ambiance is lovely, and the service is fast! I highly recommend the Pastrami Sandwich!

The only downside is that this café closes relatively early at around 5 PM. Compared to other places in Seattle that stay open until 2 AM, this is a bit of a letdown. For that reason, I give it 4 stars. However, the quality of the furniture and overall design is impressive and truly contributes to a relaxing atmosphere. In my visit, I enjoyed a Roast Beef and Bleu Cheese Crumbles ciabatta sandwich with spinach and tomatoes for $9.39. I also tried a drink called Ja-Vive (which means "to live" in several languages), reminiscent of a frappuccino from Starbucks or a Freddo from Peet's Coffee. It's essentially a mocha or any iced beverage of your choice. My favorite was the Chai Ja-Vive, priced at $5.20. Overall, a pleasant experience!

The room was excellent and the food was good. However, the internet connection was unreliable when there were a lot of people, and the self-service kiosk wasn't functioning properly. A command sign would be helpful. Although the wait was quite long, reminiscent of a conference from the past, I ultimately enjoyed my sandwich.

Good location in the city centre with many seats (numbers of tables, seats and benches). Great for group meetings. The drip coffee was good and the classic egg and cheese breakfast was delicious.

Fortunately my fist time here was on a Saturday so the food was fast. Egg and sausage breakfast sandwich was good. Service was not friendly or personal.
