Food is good but the good burger is just ok not $18 good by itself

Kinda pricey for the quality of food, but it's also just Seattle prices.The burger was great but the garlic fries were lacking salt which you had to apply afterwards. It was kinda quiet before noon and it got busier after noon. They do not take cash at this location.

I had a burger, a twice cooked burger. It was super salty, and the patty tasted like they had already cooked it earlier and threw it back on the griddle before serving it out to me... I've had a dry overcooked burger but this was not that... definitely tasted reheated. Bummer, because it has a cool vibe and they serve alcohol...I'd skip it and find something else, unless you just come for the drinks.

To start with the good, their food was great. I got a fried chicken sandwich with an over-easy egg on top and it was exactly as good as I imagined.I hate how their service is set up. You have to scan a qr-code, and order your own food on the website and pay for it right there. It even asks you for a tip. And dare I say, for what? At that point I wasn't even sure if we were supposed to bus our own tables. And the food wasn't cheap either, and any side was $5 extra. So asking for a tip before I even recieve any food or service just feels a little like a slap to the face.Maybe this makes me sound older than I am, but I feel like nowadays I am going out and spending more money than ever for less and less service.Anyways, the food was great.

Do you remember if you didn’t bring your lunch to school you had to eat the free cheese sandwiches? That’s what I paid $12 for at Skillet. They “call it” the Ultimate Grilled Cheese, but it’s more like the Ultimate Disappointment!!!How do you even try to say that is an Ultimate Grilled Cheese? It was the worst grilled cheese I ever had, even the free ones at school were better than this.Secondly, their service is not great. I have been here multiple times and one time they closed 2 hours early and when the person inside saw that I tried to open the door, they just laughed. Also when I complained about my “barely a sandwich” they didn’t care, they did nothing.Overall, there are way better restaurants in Seattle, don’t waste your money on this Ultimate Disappointment.
