Red Mill Burgers Interbay - Seattle

Visited this burger connection 10/18/2022 because it was a Seattle stop and I have family for the first time visiting Seattle. The frits, onion rings and deep fried mushrooms were salty AF! Even their burgers are salty. I didn't expect that. I felt they enjoyed adding salt to our food. Disappointed?

Great vibes! A nice diner and solid food. I really enjoyed all the food options and it was super pleasant. food was not too expensive

Oh, my God. I chased a burger yesterday, but I didn't want a regular fast food burger from McDonald's or a garbage. Red Mill is right on the street from where I stay and it's the first time I tried. These were the best burgers and pommes I've ever had in my life! I got totally maxed out and got the bacon double cheeseburger deluxe with fries, as I did not in Burger very often. The spices were juicy and tasteful, covered with molten American cheese, probably at least four thick slices of plastered bacon, fresh salad, tomatoes, red onion and pimples. I chose her special mill sauce on the side and had only Mayonnaise and mustard on the Burger. The bungalow had sesame and was grilled before they built the burger. The frits come in a huge order, perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Absolutely delicious! If I gave it 10 stars. The best burger I ever had.

Not fan of eating raw chicken. Ordered chicken verda sandwich it was raw. Health concerns. Been coming here for over 20 years used to love this place. But lately both quality and service has been consistently bad.

Unreasonably good. I love, love, love Red Mill! One of the top 5 burger joints I have ever been to! Seriously delicious and their reputations shows it. And the best part? They never leave me bloated or sluggish like other burgers. Great ingredients! A burger you can feel good about.
