They are really friendly. My son said it’s the best smoothie he’s ever had. I like the PB&J smoothie. They have great gluten free waffles.

Honestly the best muffins I've ever had in my life, gluten free or otherwise. Best owner, super nice. Will make a point to come here every single time I'm in the area

We went here for lunch and ordered two protein smoothies and some gluten free waffles. The waffles were pretty good and the smoothies really hit the spot after walking around all morning. The smoothies were dairy free also. Even tho we have no dietary restrictions, it was a pretty refreshing place to have a light lunch. The staff was kind and attentive as well.

This place in fantastic! The owner is so friendly and all the employees are professional and helpful. They really understand and help when you have diet restrictions that need to be accommodated. Oh! And they have coffee!

Perfect lentil soup!!! Chai is very honey forward. Doggy treats are nice too :
