I learned that all the pho comes with beef broth, even the chicken. The exception is the vegan pho which has vegetable broth. They did not know if the broth of either was gluten-free (even though pho broth typically is) and I can't take the chance so we couldn't have it. They didn't even want to find out if it was gluten-free. So just be aware so you don't get sick if you have dietary needs.
Horrible place. If you used to like this place, know that the quality has slipped and the food here is inedible.Food: 1/5
The pho is good but their pricing policy is lame ! If you get a to go order and go to the restaurant to pick it up, they charge an extra an extra 75 cents per bowl of pho . In addition, if you pay using a credit card, they charge an extra 50 cents! What a rip off...... raise you prices if you need to but don 't nickel and dime us with pissy charges like this. What 's next ? ....... 25 cents per napkin?Get a grip Than Bros !
Pho is always the perfect choice on a cold day. It's a popular spot for University of Washington students due to its affordability, but the low cost means there isn't much protein in the dishes. The service is good overall, but the price and potential inconvenience may not be worth it for pho lovers.
Well I see lots of negative reviews at this place. However my experience were good. I just went last week, and the owner was very welcoming. The pho is hot, and delicious! It's sad that they don't offer cream puff anymore. Their cream puff used to be my favorite. This place looks bright and clean. The owner is old, friendly and speaks Chinese and Vietnamese!
