Pho Hoa Jazen Tea - Seattle

There were no condiments like bean sprouts, sauces, or basil, but we did find pieces of bone and gristle in the chicken pho. The broth, however, was excellent.

I might have been especially hungry, but this pho has exactly the kind of broth I adore, with a perfect balance of spices like cinnamon and clove. It's a family-run establishment, and you can really feel that warmth. It wasn't crowded at all on a Monday afternoon.

The boba in Jazen's tea drinks lacks flavor and has an unusual texture. However, the drink blends are fantastic, so I'd recommend skipping the boba. The food is tasty, especially the pho and spring rolls. However, the popcorn chicken is primarily batter with very little meat.

The on-line ordering was easy and I even received a 1/2 off discount on their regular sized pho for signing up for their rewards program. Service was friendly. Pho broth was very flavorful, everything was very fresh and portion size was generous. Thegrilled pork and egg roll vermicelli was also very good. Will be back to try other items.
