Pam's Kitchen - Seattle

I traveled around the world and had great eating experiences, but I always come to this jewellery! best food in seattle, hands down! Jerch chicken is to die!

This restaurant is amazing! eating is so authentic and delicious. pam is such a shady and makes you feel like a family. we're so glad we found this place. we will definitely come back!

Pam's is amazing. Also Pam is amazing. The food is fantastic. The jerk chicken seems to be popular, as it should be, but the curries are also incredible. Make sure to get enough roti to soak of the sauce. Each time I have been in I have been welcomed and treated like family. I can't wait to get in again.

I came all the way from Vancouver because no where i mean no where in the city serves real trini food. Made the extra trip down to pams from the outlets just to have the curry chicken with jerk ribs on the side. Curry tasted exactly like my grannys. The channa was a little hard fyi. The jerk was the star saucy but not runny perfectly peppered didnt need the peppa sauce i would normally put. I cant wait for my next trip down to the us will be here again for sure. Pricey but worth every penny

I wanted to check this place out after seeing them on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. We met, Pam, the owner. She was super friendly and even ordered our food for us. Everything was super delicious!! I would highly recommend this place to everybody I know. Great food, cozy atmosphere and super awesome owner!!
