Mirch Masala Indian Food - Seattle

I recently dined at Mirch Masala, and I have to say, it was quite underwhelming. The food lacked the authentic flavors and spices that I was expecting from an Indian restaurant. The dishes were bland and seemed to be lacking in seasoning. The service was also disappointing, as the staff appeared disinterested and inattentive. Moreover, the ambiance was rather dull and did not contribute to a pleasant dining experience. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my visit to Mirch Masala. It did not live up to the hype, and I would not recommend it to others looking for an authentic Indian dining experience.The samosa onion bhajiya were good.Paneer Tikka wasn't good.Malai kofta was ok ok paneer pakora were terrible.The service is good.

Nice Restaurant with decent pricing but food does not taste authentic. I ordered lamb biryani and butter chicken. Service is great and restaurant is clean.Food: 3/5

I appreciate that the hot and extra hot spicy level were legitimately so. The butter masala, tikka masala, and mattar paneer were quite similar in flavor and I would expect a bit more difference. I ordered on Uber Eats and the order was accurate and fast. The garlic nan was just ok but that is most likely due to delivery rather than eating in the restaurant.

Absolutely recommend if your a fan of Indian food. Always good food and portions. They used to have a mango lemonade on the menu and when we asked about it they offered to make it and if we didn't like it not charge us. It was delicious!Food: 5/5

Wonderful restaurant definitely five stars. Manager Karan and his staff were friendly and customer focused.Mouth watering food with sweet nature chef(Gurdeep). The ambience is cool and romantic. The team is very friendly (Karan and team). The concept of curry with cottage cheese was really nice. it really made my dinner special. The breads are of various variety and tasty.Thanks for wonderful service.
