Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Seattle

The Menchie's location in Queen Anne falls short compared to others. The staff, consisting of young teenagers, seem disinterested and lack the motivation to contribute to the success of this place. The windows are extremely dirty, and the trash cans were overflowing with waste left by previous customers. I had higher expectations for this location, but unfortunately, it did not meet them.

Please do not pick up my son. I purchased three cups for $27, but the taste was completely spoiled and unpalatable. I returned them right away because we couldn’t even eat them. The staff refused to issue a refund, which was very disappointing. We've never had such a bad experience at any other restaurant. I do not recommend this place.

The cleanliness of the store is appalling. If they don't have a pest issue now, they certainly will soon. The floors are visibly dirty, the toppings area is chaotic and clearly hasn't been cleaned, and the windows and doors are in rough shape. The outdoor tables are uncomfortable, and the area surrounding them is filthy, with remnants of yogurt everywhere. They seem to mandate that everyone uses these oversized yogurt containers and now won’t even provide a reasonable-sized cup for children unless you ask, and even then, it feels like they’re holding back. The place is cluttered with random boxes of supplies scattered everywhere, which is both strange and unprofessional. The staff should take a moment to look around and take pride in their business. I’m determined to find somewhere else to go next time my child asks for frozen yogurt.

Terrifying customer service of rude and uninterested teenagers who bare in front of us so that they could get a free part when their shift ended. I hope they can employ people who welcome customers and can practice some modicum of hospitality. We had to get chairs so we could sit outside.

Not impressed! 1. location is apparently being used for partial storage right now. the space is uninviting and gross. 2. the fro yo wasn't super cold, and quickly melted on a hot day 3. I tried to visit another location which Google said was open and then there was a sad paper sign on the door with changed hours which was a waste of a trip (y'all can update your hours very easily on google btw) 4. MOST importantly the single use plastics for toppings is HORRIFIC. I probably just killed a manatee because I wanted sprinkles. I can't imagine these plastics are better for the bottom line and they certainly aren't saving us all from COVID. Do better.
