Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe restaurant was extremely disorganized. I watched as they made my drink and noticed they didn't even add the extra scoop of protein I paid for. It took a total of 27 minutes to make just one drink. I will not be returning for any future business with them.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The female employee making my sandwich had a bad attitude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She took a break in front of a customer who was waiting to order, which was rude and inconsiderate. Additionally, the male cashier making smoothies was not following proper sanitation precautions. He was rubbing his neck and face with the same gloves he used to handle food, including fruit for smoothies and sandwiches. He did not change gloves between touching his face, the POS system, and food. Another employee had to step in to make my smoothie properly. The food was not bad, but the $24 I spent on a sandwich and smoothie was not worth the poor service. I would not return until the employees are trained on proper sanitation protocols.
Their shakes are good. I specially love the almond milk cacao drink.
Edited 9/23: customer service reached out, charge was refunded and rewards for future use.Ordered online on a Saturday, charges went through but when I arrived at the store, it was closed. Can't find a phone number to reach the store either.
My Avocado sandwich was missing tomatoes.Good that they have gluten free option.
