House Of Hong - Seattle

I've been exploring the same dish at various restaurants. This evening, I ordered "beef with bitter melon" at House of Hong, and I would rate it 5 stars. They also serve Dim Sum from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

I visited this restaurant with two of my Chinese friends, and I found the food to be both delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant should be busier; perhaps we went at the wrong time for dim sum, which explains why there were only three tables occupied when we arrived around 7 PM. Absolutely fantastic dim sum! I've finally discovered my go-to dim sum place in Seattle. The staff is very courteous, and the dim sum carts are always making their rounds, ensuring that the feast is never dull. It's located downtown, which brings to mind the usual parking challenges, but there's actually a lot right in front! While the parking is paid, it's quite affordable. There are also paid street parking options available if you're lucky enough to find a spot.
