Hole In The Wall Barbecue - Seattle

After seeing the reviews about this place, I decided to try it. After living in the Middle West and the Middle South, I am very selective about my Bbq. You did a great job! I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was amazing! Smoked just right and had this little addition of spices that there is a little kick but not too much. Meat was very delicate and not oversupply/dry. When I showed up there was a line, but it was for Pasta Square next door, so don't wait in the line. The exterior is literally a hole in the wall, seats are limited, so I mean to go. Come on!

Got the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich came dripping in BBQ but was so delicious. The meat was tender and slow cooked to perfection. The baked beans I got as the side were slightly spicy but also a good balance of sweet. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good lunch.

Hoping that Chuck's opens back up real soon. Nothing less than 5 star Que every time I've eaten there. The only BBQ restaurant I've been to that has the confidence to post their BBQ rub recipe on the wall for all to see. My favorites are the pulled pork sandwich, corn bread, beans, and spare ribs.

Best BBQ I've ever had. I was in Seattle on a layover just wandering around looking for something to eat, and I have never been more lucky to stumble upon this place. Not only is the food absolutely unbelievable, but the entire staff was super friendly. After completing the food, they even gave me a free soda that had been crushed a little bit so they weren't going to sell it! Perfect place for a good meal, cannot recommend it more. If your in Seattle, you have to go to Hole in the Wall BBQ.

Had the Salad and Brisket , it was really good! Brisket was very tender and flavorful.
