Ezell's Famous Chicken - Seattle

Nice size Chicken, I think the Mashed Potatoes were really Mashed Potatoes, couldve used more gravy, never understood Buns, but as Buns go they werent bad, the Cole Slaw was likely the best Ive ever had. Only reason not giving 5 stars is cost.

Mashed Potatoes and Gravy never have any flavor and they are basically wet potato lumps. Chicken is ok but not very seasoned. Fresh Gizzards 1/2 lb. are perfect texture but need pepper jam for dipping.

The chicken was not crispy and had chewy bits of gristle, making it soggy and lacking in flavor. The fries were undercooked, limp, and lacked seasoning. The mashed potatoes were decent but overly peppered. Overall, it was worse than any chicken I have ever had. I would prefer grocery store deli chicken strips that have been sitting in a hot case for two hours.

I have received the incorrect food multiple times at this restaurant, to the point where I have lost track. It has become absurd.

The chicken was poorly prepared and tasted like it had been sitting for a day or two. The Colonel definitely does it better, so I would recommend staying away from this place.
