This is a chain restaurant located in the USA, specializing in Texas Mexican cuisine. It's affordable and offers healthy options. I ordered a chicken bowl for just $9. The staff was pleasant and friendly, and the food was delicious. I’m giving it 4 stars because it could be cleaner.

I ordered a burrito at Chipotle, and I found the food to be quite delicious. In the past, I experienced long wait times of about 20 minutes during peak hours, but today my order was ready in just a few minutes.

I decided to give this Chipotle a shot despite the mixed reviews, but unfortunately, I discovered that my bowl was missing the lettuce I had requested. They were exclusively handling mobile orders at the time I visited, and they were busy fulfilling a large catering order. Having worked in restaurants for over eight years, I completely understand the challenges they face. However, there needs to be some accountability for the ongoing issues highlighted in recent reviews, as I've now experienced some of them firsthand. It's disappointing because I thanked the employee who called out my order, and he told me to have a great day. It seems like there’s a positive attitude among the staff, but they lack the support from upper management.
