Cafe Ibex - Seattle

This restaurant offers an authentic Ethiopian dining experience. Instead of forks or spoons, diners use injera bread to pick up their food. This bread, made from teff flour, is like a large sourdough pancake. The dishes are always fresh and delicious. Located on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd South of Seattle, this hidden gem may be easy to miss. However, it's worth turning around for. I make sure to visit every time I'm in Seattle. Give it a try and you'll understand why.

We recently had a fantastic meal at Cafe Ibex. The Ethiopian cuisine was truly amazing! The restaurant is located just south of the Mt. Baker light rail station on Martin Luther King Jr S.

Absolutely delicious! We got the beef and lamb combos, which were fantastic! Plan on wearing your stretch pants, and designate a driver because you WILL fall into a food coma!
