Broadcast Coffee Bakery - Seattle

I’ve always been made to feel like an annoyance as a customer here but today was sadly the last straw. I ordered an iced drink, and after a few minutes they put a hot one at the bar. I didn’t realize it was supposed to be mine until they pointed it out to me. I said politely that I had ordered an iced drink (I am absolutely sure that I said iced). I was met with a big huff and eye rolling. They angrily threw away the incorrect drink and remade it. I understand that it was busy and it’s not an easy job, and I do appreciate that they remade my drink correctly, but there is no need to be that rude when I’ve been nothing but polite every time I’ve gone there (especially when it wasn’t even my mistake).

Always friendly service, a nice quiet atmosphere with a slight buzz of respectful conversation! The seasonal sparkle pony drink is top notch (I can't stay away from it, absolutely addictively refreshing)!!

This is my favorite coffee spot- I've tried a golden milk latte, a plain espresso, and a disco pony so far. Mixing sparkling water with espresso sounded strange to me but it is absolutely amazing. Bonus is that I can bring my dog here:

Felt the drinks were of good value and did not get nickle/dimed on changing to oat milk or adding extra shots. That makes a difference when its .75 here and .90 there. My drink taste was spot on what I expected. Fortunately caught them not long after opening on most days so I was able to get in and out. Will be frequent customer when in the area.

You guys are simply amazing! Every time I visit, it's a fantastic experience. The place is adorable, and the Americanos are always made to perfection. The pastries are also incredibly delicious; my fiancé tried a blueberry one that was outstanding. It's conveniently located within walking distance from the light rail and close to my wedding dress appointment, so I decided to stop by. I accidentally left my cardholder there just before closing. I reached out to them via Instagram, and they informed me that they had found it after verifying some identifying details like the wallet's color and my ID name. I was able to pick it up safely the next day! Honestly, they saved me—this is my favorite spot for coffee in Seattle!
