Bongos - Seattle

We have been coming to Bongos since they opened. We moved across the country a few years ago and a week does not go by that we don’t mention how much we wish we could eat at Bongos. During our recent visit to Seattle we ate here several times and it’s still absolutely delicious. They have made some lovely improvements to the place as well. The bathrooms look great now, the new picnic tables are awesome, and the overall decor is fabulous now. Everything we had was just as perfect as we remember, plus the service was awesome as usual. Boy do I miss this place! Seattle, Bongos is a treasure!

Absolute bliss in the midst of its environment! As a Jamaican, this definitely takes my soul home! The Jerked chicken isn’t quite like ours, but it’s flavorful and great for what it is! The fried chicken also different but again, great! Haven’t tried anything else yet. This is well-complimented by the accurate Caribbean vibe the place gives! I didn’t wanna leave!

Excellent lunch spot with incredible Caribbean favorites. Amazing sandwiches, plates and sides in a warm fun environment. Outside the sand gives a cool beach feel and the fire pit is an excellent touch in the Seattle weather.

Great atmosphere, GREAT music, and really good food! With good portions. There’s a fire pit table, picnic tables, vegetarian options, and dog water bowls! This place is a gem.

Visiting from out of town, but always make a trip to Bongos each time. Superb sandwiches.
