Ben Paris - Seattle

Reservations are a must or be prepared to wait 1-2 hours. I tried everything on the menu and could not finish it all in one sitting. Watching the talented bartenders craft beautiful drinks was like observing a masterpiece. The pancakes were fluffy and perfectly buttered, and the sauce was exceptional. Every dish brought out looked better than the last. A must-visit for brunch, but make sure to arrive hungry!

Loved the brunch at Ben Paris and the service was great as well. The Ricotta pancakes were so good!! The vanilla bean anglaise that came along with the pancakes was just perfect. We also got mimosas and a couple of other cocktails it all tasted great. I would recommend making a reservation before heading there.

I had a fantastic experience with the happy hour tasting menu. The portion sizes were generous, which is not always the case with tasting menus. The service was outstanding, possibly the best I've ever had at a restaurant. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The beef burger was cooked perfectly and delicious, with a flavorful topping of red onions and brie. The duck leg was incredibly tender and flavorful. The truffle fries complemented the dishes well, and the focaccia bread was our favorite- soft and fluffy on the inside, crisp on the edges. The service was exceptional, with our waitress anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. She even cut the burger in half for us and provided share plates. Overall, a delightful dining experience.

Came here for brunch. It was really good! I had the espresso martini and wild mushroom hash. I was impressed with both! It’s a little crowded inside the restaurant though, the tables are really close to each other but they require vaccine cards, so I guess that’s fine. Our server was great! The prices are a bit high even for Seattle (I’m a local). Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back.
