The server tried her hardest and came by to reassure us often, but evidently the linguini was the slow part. I could have made it in 1/3 the time. I wouldn 't go back.
The service was exceptional here. I notated that I was visiting for my birthday and they went above and beyond to make me feel special. Unfortunately, I was not a huge fan of the food. It was not as enjoyable as I would have hoped for and due to this it became very pricey for the quality.
Wonderful white bean, sausage and kale soup! Excellent linguini with clams! Pasta cooked perfectly, lots of fresh clams, great broth and seasonings. Would've been 5 star if I'd had the lovely gelato instead of the lackluster tiramisu. But again, dinner was excellent!
My waitress was awesome. Gluten free toast available by request, my waitress pointed out that the toasters we're cross -contaminatd. Lots of gluten free options. I enjoyed my meal.
Quite possibly my favorite restaurant I've had the pleasure of visiting thus far in Seattle. With a decent wine selection, and an extremely well done menu of classic Italian fare. We ordered the Andare classic Italian meatballs as a starter, which were seasoned to perfection. As for entrees we order the Liguine with the shrimp scampi and the roast chicken with the saffron risotto. The linguine was cooked perfectly and served in a rich unctuous cream sauce with sundried tomatoes that paired beautifully with the shrimp. The chicken was richly seasoned with herbs and served with a tomato base glaze, the risotto was smooth, rich and delicious beyond any risotto dish I've before. Our bill with 1 starter. 2 glasses of wine, and 2 entrees, came to right around 120$ I greatly enjoyed the meal and would consider it worth every penny
