8oz Burger Co - Seattle

One of the best burgers I ever had! The staff was so pleasant, even while another lady changed her order 4 times after being sent to the kitchen. The two employees ran every time between the kitchen to update it on their mood. And then she was annoyed when she was waiting and after she had forced her first order of a union and fish sandwich. The staff was very patient with her (better than I had been, felt bad for her because they had to deal with such a terrible rude lady). And then with her updated order to 5. Once she left, she called them both vulgar names.

One of my favorite spots in Seattle! I love coming here when I'm in Seattle and other people try this place. All I have brought here so far really enjoy 8oz burgers for their food, drinks and general mood! My visit here is the self-titled 8oz Burger! It is their signature burgers with bacon, onions, cheddar cheese and truffle aioli! It's so hard to try another burger when I'm here because I enjoy this one! For this kind of burgers they promote, they do it right! There is so much taste in the flesh! Oh, and I get this on a Pretzel back as there is a good texture with the bungalow and it seems to keep the burger better together! Their sides are also not to skip as their garlic truffles and onion rings are great! Make sure you add this to your list of Burger Spots to try how they have many good options!

Great restaurant! Burgers are huge and juicy, the onion rings are also buff af. Personal service is great, they are beautiful and cooled.

Really good burgers. Very flavorful with a rich bun that had a good taste of its own. The fries were not good though so won't recommend them. Tried a shake as well and it wasn't great, it was just alright. I'd go here just for the burgers. They're on the expensive side around $16-20 as of Dec 2022. The happy hour is totally worth it with the classic and the 8oz burger with fries for under $15. That's a good deal.

As someone often looking for veggie and vegan options, I get bored with the typical Beyond or Impossible offerings. I was relieved to see 8oz had a house-made patty to try. It was excellent! Highly recommend.
