The server was very helpful when I told her I was vegan. they can make vegetarian products vegan, but most of the items on vegetarian menu are already vegan I did not have to order anything special.

There are many vegan rolls to choose from as well as appetizers. I used to live in Japan so I’m a real big snot when it comes to American tofu (it’s just not the same!!! , but the goma tofu app had a novel texture that I actually liked. Their veggie role is superb, however, only $5.50 4-7p every day! You just can’t find that price in Seattle, especially at a hip place like this. Service was perfect.

This is easily the best sushi I have ever had. The menu is expansive, food quality is perfect and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to visit again soon!

Fun atmosphere on Capitol Hill. Their food isn't pure Japanese. It's fusion. They use jalapeno pepper and other non traditional Japanese ingredients. I personally like their food. It's fresh and good quality. The wrapped around court yard in the back of restaurant is cool. (Zen garden) Hard to get in for Saturday prime times but not so bad on Sunday evenings.
