Starbucks - SeaTac

I stopped at this restaurant before my flight and was very impressed! The line moved quickly and my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. I got a caramel macchiato and a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. Although the sandwiches didn't look appealing in the display, they were actually delicious! They also had some Seattle-themed souvenirs like coffee sauces for those who forgot to buy one in Seattle.

The staff at this restaurant were amazing. However, I did encounter one issue. I had ordered an 8 ounce green tea latte but was given a 16 ounce latte instead. The restaurant was too busy for me to go back and get a refund. Can anyone help me with this after the fact?

I came across Starbucks-Gate B7 on the Starbucks app and attempted to order using the app. However, the cashier informed me that the business did not receive payment through the app. The service was not good and unhelpful. I have learned my lesson and will make my purchases elsewhere to complete the challenge I started today.

People don't understand that when they come to the airport to expect lines and longer waits, higher prices. Can't find a deal at the airport. The girls work extremely hard with being short staffed and intentions aren't to make your day bad. If you have 10 mins until your flight...don't go. That way nobody is unhappy. Take a chill pill and grab something from a vending machine. WEAR YOUR MASKS!! Figure out your states protocols for mask wearing before you leave your house, social distance and show some respect. Everyone wants to have a decent day and arguing with the baristas isn't the way to go about this.
