Spacious interior with a main entrance in the back for business and another entrance on Olympia Avenue for consumers, which could use some sprucing up. Reasonable prices for wholesale items with a wide selection available. The ciabotta dish was excellent and Alfredo provided very friendly service.

The restaurant serves freshly baked bread every morning, making it a great place to grab a bite or get some work done.

I really enjoy all of the breads at this restaurant, but my favorite is the sourdough. Unlike other places where the crust can be too hard and abrasive, the sourdough here has a softer yet still chewy and perfect crust.

The bread at this restaurant is delicious, fresh, and soft. Palermo bakery is a favorite spot for sandwiches in town. The staff values customers and offers excellent service. I will definitely return, as this place never disappoints. Thank you!

I have never tasted a worse sourdough bread than the one I tried at this restaurant. The so-called sourdough resembled more of a French bread, with a soft crust and bland interior. If you're looking for real sourdough bread, I would recommend not going here.
