Prasek's Family Smokehouse - Sealy

Stopped at Prasek 's because it was on the way home. Glad I did! The BBQ brisket sandwich was excellent. Full of meat onions and pickles, YUM! But I am really writing because of the bakery and in particular the Crack Stick. This cinnamon confection is appropriately named! I am still thinking of it 2 days later! Next trip to Houston via Sealy I will stop for BBQ and Crack Sticks. The pleasant staff, clean store restrooms were definitely a bonus.

We have enjoyed the Prasek's in Hillje for several years and were delighted to see that they have opened one in Sealy. It is a beautiful place to stop and refresh on your travels. The food is always so good and it is nice to sit in the café area instead of spilling food on yourself, down the highway! The choice of housewear is great like gifts or a treat to yourself and the sweet tea should never be passed on! Clean, plentiful bathrooms are always a relief on a trip. The Praseks are clean, plentiful and are also super sweet! There is even a huge fish tank with huge fish to see for the children while you buy/essen/relax. We often had to say hello to the owners in Hillje and they were always very sweet.

Loved the wonderful smells that greeted us when we came in. The staff was very friendly and friendly. We didn't know where to start with all the delicious baked goods on the display. The bar -b -que Brisket, which we ordered as a meal, was deliciously moist and delicate. We enjoyed our visit and will return soon.

Great people, great food, and great store. A place I would highly recommend to all. 5/5 stars. Keep up the great work.

They make the best sausage. I think they have the best Czech bakery in Texas! Awesome kolaches!
