Accidentally closed and coffee always made wrong. no one wants to work, so I don't tip

My favorite coffee is from dieucks. but the price for her coffee is not comparable to the quality. I mean, the price for two coffees can run them over $14. I'm all for good java, but let's be real, the cost is shameful?

Don't waste your time, ever! these shops never open, and if it is, I will take 4 hours to get their drink wrong and have to wait in line all again

I frequent this place often and I tip generously every time. I support the staff for better pay and working conditions and understand the shortened hours of operation. Yet this location is never open until the hours advertised. If they are advertised to be open until 5pm, they could be closing at 4:30pm, you just don't know. I attempted to get a coffee at 1:40pm on a day that they closed at 2pm, and they already had the entrance blocked off and an employee out front turning cars away. The way that business operating hours work, is that if you are open until 2pm, you take customers until 2pm and THEN you can block the entrance and turn customers away. You don't close 20-30 mins prior to advertised hours so that an employee can walk out the door right at the closing time on the door, unfortunately. please stop closing prior to advertised hours. if you need close early, that's fine but if you are advertised to close at 2pm or 4pm, please keep taking customers until then, as you should be.
