Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis is the second time I've gone to this restaurant during my lunch break and had to wait in the drive-thru, only to be turned away at the window because they didn't have change for my cash. I decided to call and voice my concerns, and the person who answered claimed to be a manager—she was the same person I dealt with at the drive-thru, so she already knew why I was calling. After explaining my issue, I was put on hold, and when someone else finally picked up the phone, they answered rudely with, “Hello, can I help you?” When I mentioned I was just speaking with someone, they repeated their question in a confrontational manner. Frustrated, I told them to leave me alone and hung up. I also called corporate and left a message, and I'm now waiting for a response!
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. They had run out of the usual bread for sandwiches, and it took quite a while for them to provide me with a receipt. Eventually, the manager was able to print one out for me, which I found quite strange. Additionally, I've noticed that the quality of food at Panera has declined over the years. I doubt I'll return.
Panera offers a one price per month all you can drink coffee, lemonades etc. Sip Club, $10.99 mo. Was $8.99 6 mo ago when I joined.. Any Panera Worldwide. Comfortable place BUT I've noticed they haven't been keeping up on fresh coffee in cannisters andit's only Sept. Hmmm
That said, I’m wide awake now, and after letting the sandwich cool down completely, it was absolutely delicious. The cashier at the drive-thru was really friendly during checkout, too. My only suggestion would be to give customers a heads-up when food is that hot—something like, "Hey, this was just cooked; let it cool for a minute!" would be really helpful.
Food was good. Internet doesn't work, beeping from fire alarm outside, zero personality from the person who took my order.
