Chili's - Seabrook

Just a bad decision. Ordered a steak, which was mistake #1. It came out undercooked, so it got sent back. The second time it was overcooked. Should have just stuck with the chips and salsa. UPDATE: On 10/24/2023 Chili's responded to my review requesting more information using the FAQ section of their website. All of the requested information was provided. As of 10/28/2023, I have not yet received any response. It would seem that their response to my review was insincere. I'm guessing their playbook calls for a response to poor reviews to seem like an organization that cares about customer satisfaction. In reality, the opposite seems to be true.
