Playa Bowls - SEA GIRT

Every time I place. Order at the Seagirt location, the staff are always very helpful and customer service oriented. My experiences have been 10 out of 10.

I love Playa Bowls! People at every location are extremely helpful and nice! I really love the ability to make a combination to make my own variation of a bowl. My favorite is combining the Kale with Coconut! It's awesome to be able to eat healthy and still enjoy it!

I placed an order through an app for pickup, and my husband went to collect it. Unfortunately, they handed him someone else's order. When we got home, we called the restaurant, and they claimed they had no record of my order. I explained that I had an order confirmation from their location and that my credit card had already been charged. Instead of helping me, the staff member just hung up on me. Overall, the customer service was terrible. I recommend saving yourself the hassle and going somewhere else—it's clear they are both rude and incompetent.

The staff is amazing—very friendly and attentive. They explained everything thoroughly, and the food tastes fantastic!

The business is okay, but there are much better acai bowls available elsewhere. Every time I've ordered online, my order has been incorrect. When I request add-ons, I end up paying for them but they never come with my order. Overall, the hype isn't justified.
