Fresh Kitchen - SEA GIRT

The food here is incredibly delicious and the portions are generous. It’s one of the few places around here where you can truly get clean food. The staff is also wonderful. I had a technological issue today with DoorDash not matching what I believed I ordered and the woman working rectified the issue in such a generous and kind way. She made me a brand new meal with some extras, threw in a complementary raspberry green tea, and just overall handled it with amazing customer service. I attended a seminar through my gym here and the owner couldn’t be nicer and was so knowledgeable and passionate about clean eating. Overall a 5 star place.

I never like leaving poor reviews. I am only leaving this as a once huge fan who thinks maybe some feedback could be useful. I have been coming to Fresh for about 5 years now and It was always so fresh and delicious. However, I have had a few times more recently where it is truly inedible. I keep giving them more chances and it’s always just bad. I decided to get it for dinner tonight and I picked up a bowl with rock hard (basically raw) cold grain, raw black beans, flavorless and brown broccoli. It actually hurts my jaw to chew because everything is undercooked. I couldn’t take another bite and now i’m hungry but have no time to get anything else because I have to work a late shift. The quality is like night and day to what it used to be. I’m afraid this will be my last time dining here. Hopefully this message reaches management.

First time trying out this place today. Was looking for a healthy option for a late lunch and saw this restaurant had good reviews. When we came up to the door, we could see a young female worker sitting on the countertop before she jumped down. She greeted us but her service overall was lackluster. The young male worker was more personable and helpful. The food was bland and mediocre at best, which is unfortunate because it shouldn't be too challenging to make a decent Thai chicken wrap and a steak bowl. The bathroom could use extra cleaning as well. Overall, not impressed and will not be returning.

I stood in line for 15 minutes while I watched two of the line cooks prepare to go orders. No one offered to take my order. Based off of the service I would suggest you’re better off going to a chipotle. Service: 1

While I was hoping this place would be good, it really was not. While the service and ambiance were good the food was not. I had the teriyaki pork bowl and the broccoli looked old, and the pork was mushy. We decided to throw the food away and go elsewhere.
