Havent had one good experience at this location. Always rude and slow. Had to wait behind a guy, who was there 5-7minutes when i arrived. Then they tell me 10 minutes to make 2 burgers and tell me i have to wait around front. After waiting so long, it wasn't even cooked proper. There's nothing like wasting money. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sometimes this location is great, but most times it's horribly slow and the quality of food is very poor. Pretty sure they only have 1 person working the entire location in the mornings as you can wait over 10 minutes for a small order. When they are good, they are great but when they are bad, it's horrible. I got a bacon and egg on an English muffin this morning (April 9th), and it was inedible. The muffin was burnt, the bacon was shriveled and tiny and beyond salty. The only good part was the egg, but I ended up just throwing it to the magpies to eat what a waste of 5 dollars (for 1 breakfast sandwich). This place is not worth the risk if it'll be good or not, I would recommend trying elsewhere.

The A&W in Balzac is by far the worst of all the stores I have ever been to. I dont think a single person working there even speaks English . Rather drive 15 mins into airdre then go to that place again. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
