Sprzężenie zwrotne
Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis is a typical mountain self service restaurant. There is a large choice of food. On quieter days, it does look like the food may have sat around for a bit. However, generally the service is good and the prices are ok.
Great value for money, traditional choices such as Capuns, Tatsch, Pizockels, Bündner Gerstensuppe, Rösti dishes, Polenta. After ski school we have eaten lunch here everyday for a week. It doesn't stink of frenchfries like most ski restaurants and the serving staff are professional and friendly and efficient. Nice wooden ceilings and heavy wooden tables inside, and inviting benches with warm sheepskins on the sun terrace. Everything we have chosen from the menu has been good. Large portions too for hungry skiers.
In different parts of the same building, there is a serviced restaurant and terrace (downstairs) as well as a self-service (up a flight of stairs, no lift.) It is definitely not a destination dining experience, but the dishes are always tasty and the speedy service very impressive. For a smaller budget, the filling Gerstensuppe will carry you through the afternoon. The Roestis are crisp. When there is good weather, the tables fill up with people reserving seats for their family members arriving at the end of ski school (11.45,) so plan to be there early if you want to be sure to have a table to yourself. The self service has the same cooks, you can assemble your dishes yourself (weighed at the register,) which gives you more flexibility. The indoor seating is larger and louder than in the serviced part. The terrace is lovely. In good weather definitely an attractive alternative. Again, you want to be early to get a seat.
