Costa Coffee - Scunthorpe

I visited Costa today after a shopping trip, and it was a lovely experience. A big thank you to the staff behind the counter—especially to Lewis, who noticed that I didn't enjoy my drink and promptly offered me a replacement. The customer service was outstanding; everyone was friendly, smiling, and eager to help! It was also great to see a staff member cleaning, which showed that they worked well as a team. Overall, it felt like a clean and lovely place to relax. Thank you!

There is a handsome young man whose name I don't know, but he has brown hair and, I believe, a tattoo. He is very talented and has a positive attitude, which made the brief time I spent there with my sister quite enjoyable. Plus, he makes a fantastic hot chocolate!

As usual, the coffee was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Everything was clean and tidy throughout the restaurant.

Was a nice cup of coffee. the load was not busy, so was a more relaxing stop.
