There was no alcohol available, but the food was outstanding. The staff was quick and attentive. I've noticed that prominent businesspeople in Scranton frequently visit for lunch. The prices were reasonable, and I would definitely return.

This is my all-time favorite lunch place. The food is fantastic, and the service is excellent. I wish they would open a location in North Carolina. I have a lot of love for the Scanlon family, and I'm truly saddened to hear about Mr. Scanlon's passing.

The menu offers a range of soups, gourmet salads, and sandwiches. I tried the chicken salad sandwich on a hard roll, which was absolutely delicious, served with a pickle and potato chips. Both the roll and the chicken salad were fresh and flavorful. The service was impressively quick during my visit, making it a perfect choice if you're short on time. I highly recommend giving P.J. Scanlon's a try for a pleasurable lunch experience.
