We got takeout and ordered the French onion soup, half chicken and short ribs. It was all delicious! Best takeout we have had in a longgg time. The food was plated well and not only looked good but tasted better. Highly recommend the onion soup. The cheese was delicious and the soup was piping hot and warmed the soul. 5 stars

No Need for a Guestroom I visited this restaurant while staying at the Hilton, and I had no idea that PJs 1910 would turn into one of my main motivations for returning. This is not just another average dining option offered by the hotel; it's a well-established eatery that serves uniquely delicious and creative dishes for both local patrons and international visitors. Our server was exceptionally well-informed about the ingredients and preparation methods of our meal, which showcased the restaurant's authenticity. Honestly, this is a place you should visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

I went with some friends for a bourbon tasting and meal. We had a private area for our group of six. The bourbon was fantastic, and our server, Kerry, was excellent. She took the time to explain the different bourbons to us. I will definitely return!
